Olugbenga Oluseun ELEMILE is a Reader of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering, School of Engineering and Engineering Technology, Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa, Nigeria. He obtained his PhD in 2016 from the Civil Engineering Department, University of Ibadan, a Master's in Engineering, from the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti. He also obtained a Masters in Public Health (Environmental Health) from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is a registered member of the following learned and professional associations: The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Water Supply Association (NWSA). He left public service voluntarily as an Assistant Director of Engineering in the Ondo State Water Corporation after working for 15 years. Within the university system, he has put in over eight unbroken years of teaching, research and community services. Besides initiating and taking lead in several academic research, Dr. Elemile has been privileged to head the Department of Civil Engineering. Dr. Olugbenga O. Elemile is fairly well-known, with over forty-two (42) scholarly publications to his credit in highly reputable academic journals and high-flying repositories of learned conference proceedings with a Scopus h-index of 10 with 292 citations. His Google Scholar citations amount to 546 with an h-index of 13 and an i10-index of 14. In addition to his having supervised to completion two (2) doctoral and eight (8) research master’s theses, he has also served as the external examiner for over seven (7) postgraduate theses across several Universities.

He was responsible for the packaging of all the documentation for the Resource Verification of the first three Engineering Programmes of the University. He was appointed a Reader on the 16th November, 2018 in the Department of Civil Engineering, and promoted to the rank of Full Professor on 1^st October, 2022. He has served in various capacities in the University, prominent among which are Head of Department of Physical Sciences (2017–2019), Head of Department of Civil Engineering (2019-2021), and Ag. Dean, School of Engineering and Engineering Technology of the University (2021-2023). He has served as a member of several School and Senate Committees, such as Senate, Senate Business Committee, Senate Committee on TETFUND, University Verification Committee, University Accreditation Committee, Senate Appointments and Promotions Committee, University Interdenominational Prayer Committee, Chairman, School of Engineering and Engineering Technology Board, among others.
